There is a lot to say about Allan. Allan was one of the 'quiet ones'. He never said a whole lot but when he did, you needed to listen! Because he always knew what he was talking about! There was no job too big or dirty for Allan to handle. When the individual who worked the COMSEC program decided to hand it off, you would have thought every radio operator in the place had thrown on an invisibility cloak. Not Allan. He took one of the worst additional duty jobs there is and ran with it. And he did an outstanding job! Allan was always there for you - a genuine teamplayer and a memorable Airman. He will be missed by all of us. WTFO!

I was deeply Honored that I could say goodbye to Alan as part of the 927th ARW Honor Guard. I am sure that Alan has taken his place in Haven to watch over his loving family. Alan was an organ donor and in death he gave so that others may live. God Speed Alan and my God watch over Lisa and their children.

Alan was one of the many persons that made Comm such an outstanding section to work in. I am so saddened by his passing. May he rest in peace.

Alan always kept a positive outlook and had a way of making you feel better. He always had a smile and was very welcoming. I am blessed to have been in his circle of friends.
