This picture captured Jackie in his glory. He was a great radio operator and had a great, sometimes wicked sense of humor (as you can see by the picture). You wanted to be around Jackie. He didn't suffer fools easily yet was a humble soul and let you in on the joke if you let him. To see a picture of Jackie's gravesite, go to: findagrave.com.
I cannot find any obituary information on Jack. So, if any of you out there have a copy of the obituary or a program from the funeral home, please forward a copy to info@semiam.com to be included in this memorial to Jackie. Also, if you have any additional pictures of Jackie, please forward them.

Jackie was my friend and I was very saddened to hear of his passing. The 37th and the world has lost a great friend. Go with God my brother and Prayers to all

Jackie was my uncle somehow I stumbled across this post randomly searching his name. I was 17 and a senior in high school when he passed and not a day goes by that I don't find a reason to think of him. I always say he is watching over my kids because of all the random silly things that happen out of nowhere!
